AI for traders

AI trading research that reads filings before it answers.

Loads real prices, technicals, congressional trades, insider activity, analyst targets, macro regime, and Polymarket odds into context before the AI even reads a single SEC filing. Returns a day-trade and swing-trade conditions assessment in seconds, every claim citable back to a real 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, or Form 4.

AI Trade Coach

A senior trader who reviews every day with you

After each trading day the AI coach reads your actual trades and tells you what is working, what is not, and what to fix next session. It classifies each trade as a scalp, day trade, or swing, and tailors the feedback to the type of trade. Patterns you miss because you are too close to the screen, it names.

  • Trade-by-trade plan vs result analysis
  • Classifies scalps, day trades, and swings and coaches each differently
  • Pattern detection across days, weeks, and months
  • Discipline scoring that calls out your weakest habit by name
  • Direct feedback in plain English, no buzzwords
  • Included on every paid plan, no add-on needed

AI Market Briefings

Know the tape before you sit down at the desk

Every morning before the bell the AI generates a short briefing on what is moving, what is dragging, and what the macro setup looks like. Updated twice a day with live web research and real economic indicators, not a summary of overnight articles.

  • Hourly briefings from 6 AM to 3 PM CT every weekday
  • Sector rotation, breadth, and risk-on or risk-off read
  • Live macro data integrated directly
  • Live prediction market odds from Polymarket (Fed moves, elections, geopolitics, commodities)
  • Free for everyone, no account needed

What our AI sees before it answers

An AI is only as useful as what you feed it. Here is what is loaded into context for every lookup, before the model writes a word.

  • Live prices and technicals

Real-time price, volume, RSI, VWAP, ATR, gap percent, relative volume, pivots, sector, float, and short interest, handed in as the source of truth. The model is told not to trust search results for any of these.

  • SEC filings, line by line

10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Form 4 documents pulled directly from EDGAR. Every claim in an SEC-depth report is grounded in the filing it cites.

  • Congressional trades

House and Senate disclosures itemized by member, ticker, date, and dollar range. Most general-purpose AIs cannot see this data at all.

  • SEC Form 4 insider activity

Recent buys and sells by officers, directors, and 10 percent owners on the ticker you are researching. Itemized, with the cluster activity surfaced.

  • Polymarket prediction odds

Macro odds on Fed decisions, recessions, geopolitics, and elections that may move the trade. Loaded automatically when relevant.

  • Your own trade history

For the daily coach: your last 30 days of fills, your stated rules, and your win-rate-by-setup, fed in so the analysis is grounded in your actual behavior.

We use Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity under the hood, picked for the job. The difference is what they receive before they answer. Real numbers, real filings, your real trades.

The honest part: AI is a tool, not a fortune teller. RiskPicks does not predict prices and does not give buy or sell signals. We use it to summarize news, read filings, flag risks, and structure information so you decide faster. Every trade is your decision, your risk, and your responsibility. Trade safely.

What people ask before they try it

What is AI trading research?

Using AI to do the pre-trade reading a trader used to do by hand: pull SEC filings, scan news for catalysts, check insider activity, and summarize what matters for a single ticker. Most general-purpose AI chatbots cannot see live prices, real filings, or insider data, so they answer from training data and stale search results. RiskPicks loads all of that into context before the AI even reads a single filing, then has it pull the relevant SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1/S-3, DEF 14A, Form 4, Form 144) and write a citable pre-trade brief in seconds.

What is different about how RiskPicks uses AI?

Three things. Live prices and technicals are handed to the AI as the source of truth, so it is reasoning over real numbers rather than search results. Congressional trades and SEC Form 4 insider filings are fed in line by line, datasets most general-purpose AI cannot see. And the coach reads your actual trade history every day, naming patterns specific to your behavior rather than generic trader advice.

Which AI models power RiskPicks?

Perplexity drives Research because its SEC-filing search is best in class. Claude, Gemini, and Grok sit in the fallback waterfall if Perplexity is down. Single-vendor outages do not kill your research.

What does one Research lookup do?

Hands the AI a live data package — price, technicals, congressional trades, insider filings, analyst targets, macro regime — then has it read the relevant SEC filings for the ticker (10-K MD&A, 10-Q risk factors, 8-K material events, S-1/S-3 dilution registrations, DEF 14A proxies, Form 144 planned-sale notices). Returns a conditions assessment for day trading and swing trading in seconds, every claim citable to a real filing.

Is AI stock analysis accurate?

AI is an input, not an oracle. It is right often enough to be a real research accelerator, but every output is a starting point for your own decision. We never claim AI predicts prices. We use it to summarize news, read filings, flag risks, and structure information so you decide faster.

Does RiskPicks give buy and sell signals?

No. RiskPicks does not give financial advice and does not generate buy or sell signals. The AI returns a conditions assessment that means the conditions are worth a closer look, or are not. You make every trading decision yourself.

What data does the AI see about me?

For research lookups, the AI only sees the ticker, recent price action, and general market data. No personal information. For the coach, the AI reads only your trade data (entries, exits, notes you wrote) and never sees your username, email, brokerage credentials, or anything that identifies you to the third-party AI provider.

How much does it cost?

One plan: $44.99/mo for the full RiskPicks toolkit — journal, dashboard, brokerage sync, AI Coach, and AI Research with a daily AI Credit allowance. Need more research on a busy day? AI Credit packs start at $9.99, work on any account, and never expire.

Why AI Credits?

Each AI Research lookup costs us real money in API processing. AI Credits let us pass that cost through transparently instead of hiding it in a flat fee, and let you spend at your own pace. One credit = one Research lookup. AI Research is always optional and never replaces your own due diligence.

Do you use prediction market data?

Yes. AI Market Briefings and per-ticker Research both pull live odds from Polymarket, the public prediction market. Market Briefings see the most-liquid macro contracts (Fed rate decisions, recession odds, geopolitical ceasefire markets, election outcomes, Bitcoin price targets, commodity markets). Per-ticker Research sees sector-relevant markets, so an energy name gets oil and Middle East odds, a bank gets Fed and rate-path odds, and a semi gets China and Taiwan odds. These are crowd-priced probabilities, not predictions. The AI weights them as one input among many.
